It’s been a YEAR

I know this is an overused phrase but really TIME FLY SO FAST. It has been a year now that we moved in our house. A house of our own.  It was a hard decision since we would put in a huge investment but it was the most desired thing that the hubby and I wanted.

This house is not our first choice. We were eyeing the house which we are renting. The lot is around 400+ sq meters and is situation in a commercial area. But the house is old and has poor ventilation. Our papers were already processed for that house and we are on our way of purchasing it for 3M but in the end I told the husband its not a wise move.

Good thing that the agent who is handling the house we are renting told us that she has another property for sale. And when I saw it, I knew it was the house I wanted to live in. Not to mention that it has a phone line which would make my application for a DSL easier. haha. And so we processed our documents and the house was ours July of last year.

Today, I am thanking the Lord for giving this house to us. Not only was it a dream come true but its floor plan is suitable for me to work while taking care of the little girl. It’s really fits our family. So, thank you LORD!
