Stopping Songs in your iPod

Since I am new to using the iPod I stumble to some problems. For one my daughter like to have it. lol. I think, she thinks of it as a toy like the duncan yoyo. So, I let it have it for a while. Through her I saw that it’s possible that you can really stop playing songs in iPod. As in stopping it, not pausing and not seeing that pause icon in the upper right corner of your iPod. I tried to look for ways to do it but unfortunately I failed. I tried to google and come up with an idea. I tinker my iPod again and finally found a solution. You just need to open you radio without a head set then close it again. This will remove the PAUSE icon in your IPOD’s upper right corner.
