If only

If only the quick weight loss program I found online would be effective to me I would be one happy girl. Right now I cannot find any solution to my weight gain and it’s making me depress. haha. Though I am contend that I am not having any flare right now but still I wanted to smaller sized clothes. And of course, I wanted to look good. Who would not want that, right? Anyway, I know an effective answer. Discipline! if only I can stopped those impulsive eating I would definitely shed the pounds. But I really can’t say no to chocolates and coke. oh well!
