Auto Allowance
Posted: October 20th, 2009 | Author: mil3tt3 | Filed under: internet finds | Tags: internet finds | No Comments »Mobility has been the way of life nowadays. Before it’s only natural to see employees stay at their office space in the span of their eight hours work day. They would spend all their time at their desk, looking through piles of documents after documents. But that has changed now. At present, there are what you call the ‘mobile employees’. These are employees who goes out of the office to do some official business. Example of which are field engineers, agents and medical representative. And all these field personnel are entitled to received an Auto Allowance to compensate their expenses on traveling to and from the client.
But of course the allowance is not given without additional responsibility. The employee should still submit documents to justify his/her travel expenses. That’s only fair to both sides, right? Yet for mobile employees that is such a huge task especially if you are tired from all the field work. That’s why I think it would be nice to have a system like the one that crsinc.com is offering. Wherein the employee can log in anytime to update his/her record. That way she/he can manage the record when his/her time is free. That would also remove the stress from the employer on following up the employee to update. The system would worked out for the benefit of both parties.
