Pissed Off!

I am trying to control my temper over my supplier of mineral water. Oh my previous supplier since I told them I won’t be ordering from them anymore since I reach the limit of my patience for them. I have been getting our water from them ever since 2005. I am not really a demanding customer. Just as long as I get my orders on time it is okay. But the supplier seem to take advantage of that. Overtime they made me wait for their deliveries. There was even time when there water has a sour taste making me think of the way they prepare the distilled water. And then last Friday was worst. The previous delivery before that they already sent me one container with a leak. Good thing the delivery boy spot it and just transferred the water in another container. But the next delivery which includes three container, all of them has leak! I called them up and they promise to pick it up asap. But night came and nobody came to get the water. I called them again, this time irritated already. But the worst part was that, the person who picked up the phone is just a kid, who told me that they would just go to our house the next day. That really pissed me off that I told the kid to fetch her mom for me. And there I told the owner that I am cutting their services. They just give me a refund and get all their container from our house. Now, its Sunday. I made a lot of follow up with them no pick up until now. Well, I don’t want to stressed myself anymore. I just hope they would get them water tomorrow.
