Which is worse?

Finding a book you love and then hating everything else you try by that author, or

Reading a completely disappointing book by an author that you love?

Either way. Both can’t good. Because it means you wasted not only your money on the book but also your time and energy to read it and then ending up disappointed. You know what’s worst? It’s looking for a good book with a lot of good feedback only to end up not being able to buy it because it is out of stock. lol.

    That is true. I have a 50 page rule, so I don’t waste time reading books I don’t like (the exception is a book club book).

    Since I borrow books from the library, it is not as bad if I had bought the book! I’m with Jess, I have a 50 page rule too.
