There are a lot of things that I do online. Most of the time before buying anything I would browse for products in the internet and compare their prices and read the feedback of the customer. Example, my husband needed some rims for cars, he would asked me first what store in his area are selling at the cheapest price. Really, the internet has been a big factor in our life now. Aside from the rims, he is also asking me to look into how much would it cost us to buy round trip ticket from here to his place of work. As of this moment, we would need more than $2000 or almost Php 100k. Oh dear, that’s a huge dent in our almost non existent saving. We are really looking forward to this because and so I am praying that we have the funds for the airline ticket.

Experimenting

Today I told myself that I would set aside time for work. But when I open my desktop I started editing pictures in Photoshop. I spend almost two hours just experimenting. These days you can see me playing with our SLR then sitting in front of the computer editing the pictures. Yes, I wanted to improve the pictures that I am taking. I don’t know how but somehow through practice and patience I know there would come a time that I would be satisfied with what my products. Hopefully soon.

When I have posted some pictures last June and July many have told me that I have lose some weight. I was telling those who complimented me that it’s just camera trick. Since I really don’t put effort to shed off the pounds. I sometimes take the time to look for the best diet pills but I did not attempt to buy one. Then the mommies and nannies in school have told me that really I am getting thinner and even friends who have seen me personally. Well, that really makes me smile. Truth is, I don’t really diet nor exercise. Maybe, the drop in my weight can be attributed to the fact that I am now more active and sometimes I don’t eat lunch because I am in school from 10:30 am to 1:30pm. But now, I am trying to exercise to improved my weight loss. I have swimming lessons for one hour every other day! And it feel so good.

For Repair

My laptop and netbook are for repair. My laptop is not resuming to Windows and unfortunately I don’t have a backup and my windows installer is missing. I guess I have to send it back to the repair vendor. Then, my Lenovo netbook has defective keyboard. I know how much a keyboard cost that’s why I am not yet putting it for repair. haha. So for now, I am using my HP desktop and IPAD and Iphone. Hopefully I can get them fixed soon.

Zumba

Last week we went to the house of a fellow mom and we ate there. We brought some food and we spend the time there while our kids are in school. As usual we chat about everything and anything. We even end up about getting into an exercise regimen. Like doing some aerobics or checking zumba at the source. Well, one of the mommy and I decided to take swimming lessons. Actually she already started while I on the other hand plans to start next week. Hopefully my body will cooperate.

On My Idle Time

After about a year and a half of owning our SLR, it is only now that I find the time to learn and tinker it’s feature. Oh yeah! hahaha. The husband was teasing me about it but he is also very supportive. Sometimes, he even suggest things to do to make my learning a lot easier. But there are times when I can’t understand something I wanted to give up. Maybe, I would just get some thule ski rack to occupy my time. hahah. Just kidding. No, I won’t give up. I wanted to make sure my pictures are a lot lovelier this time.

It’s Time

I am planning a lot of things. And I wanted to do them all if I have time. And one of my project now is to make sure I print the pictures of the little girl now that’s she’s five. Oh yeah, almost all her pictures from tummy to present are in the hard drive of my PC, netbook and two EHD. I just realized I have to make her an album. So, after her birthday, I started doing some collage of her pictures. I started on her 5th birthday celebration and I am happy they turn out great. As great as the Checkerboard invitations I saw over the internet. It’s hard to pick the pictures out and what I did is that I started from the most recent occasion until I reach her one year old pics. Yes, that’s how far I have to do. Hopefully I can do all of this before we go for a vacation on November.

Read the Manual

Funny, but true. We had our SLR for over a year now but quite frankly we have not maximized it’s use. When I am using it, I always used the AUTO MODE. We are discussing this one night and my husband told me that when he went to Germany and have been touring around, his classmate on the training was with him and saw that he is using the auto mode, told him that he should have not both a SLR but should be content on using a point and shoot. haha. Well, I am like him also. And I realized that I am missing a lot. We are missing a lot. So, I decided to explore and read some tutorials. While browsing through different articles about digital photography, I realized I should start by reading the manual first to familiarized myself on how our camera works plus the power it has. And I do hope I can keep the enthusiasm. For now, yes, I am reading! :)
