The salary of the husband was finally credited into his account. Maybe the bank have already fixed their system. I don’t know if the upgrade affected their document management software but a lot of company have not received their salary on time. Anyway, that was the first news he told me when I called him to checked if he landed safely. That’s what I always do when he has a flight. I track the flight via the airline’s website and then put in my number in there system so that I could received a text when the plane departs and arrives. Then I’ll give him time to check out and after an hour I would call his number. That would put my mind at ease.

There are too many things that I need to decide but one of the most important is about the little girl’s schooling and after school activity. Right now she is doing well not only intellectually but I like how she the school have develop their good manners. She is such a sweet girl and the school have put in some effort to make sure that they clean up, say thank you, wash their hands, pray etc. I am inclined to enroll her to another after school activity but I am having second thoughts. Urgh! I wanted her to be ready for big school either here or in Kuwait. Yap, we are considering on going there. On September there would an assessment in school if they will move up another level. I hope she would move up.

Business Ideas

One of the main thing we did when the husband was home for a vacation was to brainstorm. You see my husband has a lot of ideas while I on the other side likes to plan. This time we were able to come up with an business idea with me being able to draft the ‘flowchart’. The husband was teasing me that it seems that I did not sleep when I was telling him about the flow of operation. I told him no, I did not extend much effort on that part. It just the way I think since for the five years I was working, almost everyday I create flow chart and directed the flow of operation. From that discussion we ventured to another idea which I have. If given a choice I would have wanted to buy as many jewelries as I want and sell them here. If I have the funds I would want to buy gold eagle coins because I know they are pretty good collection that would somehow secure our future. Gold coins have already been in the market and trading them won’t be that difficult.

Aside from the chores, now I have to go outside and do some errands. We are planning on starting a new business and the husband is encouraging me to do some study. My brother is seeking my help to start up their business and be able to get a business name. I don’t know when I can finished all this because I feel like I have so little time. But as I said, step by step, one by one, we can accomplish our goals. With God’s help hopefully by next year, we have one business put up.

Aside from the fact that I was worrying about nothing on my health, I am also thankful that I have found some friends along the way now that I am a mom. Yesterday, the husband left already. Our little girl seeing her father go cried so hard and loud. It was the first time I saw her cry like that. It was so painful. I was on the verge of getting into my depressed mode when I received a message from my mommy friend. They would drop by our house to give a gift to anevay. Actually it was a birthday gift. But they were not able to come to the party because her father was sick at that time. And guess what? Aside from the book that I requested she gave Anevay a peek a boo petite doll. When the little girl saw it she squeal in delight. It was one of the dolls that she wanted and we can’t seem to find any in the stores here. Because of that doll, she somehow forgot the pain of her daddy leaving. Bjut from time to time she cries. Saying she wants her daddy.

The husband and I are in very serious talks about our future. Today, I showed him how much goes to the payments of loans, insurance and school related expenses of the little girl. He was surprised and was asking me how I was able to manage the grocery and the other utility bills since most the money he remitted are already intended for payments of bills. I told him through my online job. But since I cannot depend on it solely I am now considering putting up a business. No, not as big as the idea to buy gold bullion as much as possible because I don’t have funds for that. I would love to have gold but I don’t have money for it. But reading through usgoldbureau.com, I am now convinced to save some money to be able to come up with the budget to buy gold.

Rhyming Books

As usual the little girl had a blast opening her gifts from her classmates. She received a lot and that I am thankful of. But what she enjoyed most were the gifts from her daddy. The two of them had fun building the dinosaur and the robo dog from scratch. I also like the books that the husband bought. The stories in the books were told with rhyming words every line. I think the rhymes caught the attention of my daughter and makes its easier to remember the words. Because of that I started searching through Amazon books if there are similar books that I can buy. It’s always a routine for us to read three books before going to bed. And I am running out of books already though the daughter don’t mind repeating the stories.

I hope rain keeps on pouring soon. Especially in the area of Angat Dam. The water shortage in Manila is quite alarming. Though I am thankful and quite blessed that we have supply and it’s uninterrupted and have strong flow. But as a housewife, you have to be prepared. I have already a 48L water storage waiting at our storage room just in case Manila water would send out a water interruption advice in our area. I am praying that it won’t come to that point. Not only is it a hassle to store water but there is also the danger of dengue. Anyway, I do hope that the cloud seeding that they have perform would really worked and would be enough to supply the water for metro manila.

Laptop Review

I have been a laptop user ever since. I love the mobility it brings especially when my daughter was smaller and was all over our house. Since we were able to hook up our house in a wifi, I was able to work anywhere through my trusty laptop while looking after my energetic baby. But later on, my husband who was worried that my eyes would get strain because of the small screen he bought me a desktop. Then later, he bought the little girl her own laptop but that’s after reading all the laptop reviews to make sure that what she choices for our princess would be suitable for her age. Now, I have a desktop and two laptops under my care. Am I blessed or what?
