Bdays on Feb

I have three important person who are celebrating their birthdays this month. Two of them are still with me while one is celebrating hers with the lord up there. Papa always jokes that February celebrants are known for their short tempers and tantrums because their birth month lacks a day or two like or ordinary month. And he tells us that especially when mommy or my older brother started throwing their temper around.

Mommy celebrated her birthday last February 16, though she is no longer with us we will always remember this special day. Because this day commemorates the birth of one extraordinary women who have raised three children. She is my idol.

Going TRADITIONAL on Heart’s Day

Today, I mailed three Valentines card to Daddy. Although I should have mailed them earlier to make sure they arrived on time but guess better late than never. I am just keeping my fingers crossed that they reached Daddy’s hand soon and it would make him happier.

I decided to go traditional this time because no matter what technology can do for us it would seem sweet to go back to basic, right? I am keeping my fingers crossed that the address I used is right. lol.

January : A month in REVIEW

2008 did not have a good start for us. The little girl was hospitalized on the night of Jan 1 due to gastroenteritis. It ws the longest day of my life as a mother. I was terrified. I never expected to be on the ER of UST again not as a patient but a companion of the patient.
